  1. How can I get my credentials to access B2M?
    If you do not have credentials to access the platform, you must send an email to eBIZ: soluciones@ebizlatin.com. Once the team has validated the information, you must send all the data required by eBIZ within 24 hours.
  2. How to ensure my pre-registration?
    You must send the invoices to the corresponding mailboxes and you must pre-register within 7 business days from the invoice’s emision date in hopes to avoid receiving an observation (if you receive an observation, the register will not proceed nor will the payment) and being accounted in the correct way (Getting the ERP document.)
  3. How to ensure my invoice payment in the timely manner?
    Your pre-register must be done due 7 business days from the invoice being emited. Take in account, the payment term will be considered from the invoce’s pre-register date in B2M (Suppliers platform).
  4. How do I validate the accounting entry of my invoice?
    You can enter B2M then you should go to “Comprobantes de pago” to later go to “Contabilizados”. If your invoice has an observation o payment delay, you should create a ticket in Mesa de Servicios platform to receive more information and get a solution.   5. The puchase or service order does not appear on the B2M platform. What should I do?

  8. How do I use Mesa de Servicios platform?

    The platform is a ticket system, if you want to make inquiry about your invoices status, you must generate a ticket. You can make inquiry for up to 3 invoices for each generated ticket.

    The maximum ticket attention time is 2 business days, but it could be extended depending on the complexity of the inquiry since there are cases that must be delivered to other areas to get a better solution.
  9. How do I get my credentials to access Mesa de Servicios ticket system?

    You will receive your credentials within 2 business days at maximum.

    If you do not remember your password or you face an issue when loging in, try resetting your password with this link:
